About Jessica Naples
(also known as Jessica S. Naples, Jessica Stacey Naples)
After graduating from law school, attorney Jessica S. Naples was able to work for the Michigan Attorney General
However, due to the financial crisis of 2008, her new position with the Attorney General was frozen, and forced her to find new employment. She landed a job at Haskell Law Firm, where she worked cases dealing with family law cases and enjoyed it.
In the aspect of family law, Jessica spends her time working in divorce, child custody, child support, collaborative law, mediation, parentage, and adoption cases.
It is not uncommon for her work to require her to deal with complex cases. Not only logistically, but emotionally draining too. However, the benefits of helping her clients through one of their most difficult times of their life far outweigh the other challenging aspects.
To Jessica, family law cases seem like puzzles – each case, every family, and person have their own nuances for their own situation. One approach might work for one family, but not for another. It is important for Jessica to understand and be open by using her legal expertise, to provide the legal pieces to solve even the most complex puzzles for her clients.
Since each family law case can greatly differ, this can make them tough. Jessica is a strong advocate for those who struggle to voice themselves in the legal system. The focus for her though, is to ensure her client’s wellbeing.
